Daily Solitaire Challenge

The Daily Challenge is one Klondike deal for the day. Everyone plays the same certified deal, so the result is easy to compare: same cards, same rules, no guessing whether another player had a kinder shuffle.

It is still ordinary Solitaire. Build down by alternating colors, move Aces and suited sequences to the foundations, and clear the board. The difference is that the deal is picked from a verified pool instead of a random shuffle. If you want the rules first, start with the Klondike rules guide, then come back and play the daily hand.

Open today's challenge

How to start the daily game

Open New game, choose Daily challenge, then start the game. The daily is locked to Turn 1 and Standard scoring so the leaderboard has one clear shape. You can replay the deal for practice, but clean leaderboard scores should come from a run without help.

The daily game starts from the same New Game panel as the other Klondike deal types.

What counts as a clean score

A clean score means the run was won without hints, undo, auto finish or a shown winning line. You can use those tools while learning the deal, and the win can still be saved to your own history, but competitive ranking is kept for clean, verified finishes. That keeps the board fair without making the daily challenge unfriendly.

The scoring is Standard Klondike scoring. A quick win helps, fewer moves help, and the score matters first. If you want to improve your daily results, the Solitaire strategy guide is the better next read than memorizing openings.

Why the daily uses certified deals

A normal random Solitaire hand can be impossible. That is not a bug; it is part of Klondike. For a daily challenge, though, an unwinnable deal would feel cheap. The daily deal is taken from a certified pool, which means the site has a stored winning line and can verify the result on the server before it reaches a public leaderboard.

Certified deals have a known finish path, which is why they are suitable for daily play.

Streaks and the daily archive

Your streak is simple: win today's daily challenge and it stays alive. The Daily Challenge panel also shows a short archive so you can replay recent dates, open that date's leaderboard, or share the exact daily link with someone else. If you are signed in, daily history can sync through your account; if you play as a guest, the archive stays on this device.

Sharing a daily deal

The share link uses a clean date parameter, such as ?daily=YYYY-MM-DD. That link loads the matching daily deal and then clears the query from the address bar. Search engines get the indexable explanation page you are reading now, while one-off date links stay out of the index.

That split is deliberate. Players need shareable daily links; Google does not need to crawl a new URL for every date. The same rule is used across the rest of the game: clean pages are for search, query URLs are for play state.
